Solomon in his writings said there is time for everything. A time to plant and time to reap. Today was such a day.
A friend is going to the State of Carolina to study; not only to study but to work as he and his family were given what they call 'green card'. I was privileged to accompany them and say 'goodbye' together.

As leaders here that much we could do was pray for him as he travels. We believe God will take care of him and take care of his young family too while there. Our prayer is that his wife will visit him soon after the man 'builds' a home in the 'new land'.
The old and the young accompanied him. Nairobi is a bit cold today and and we praise God for that.

It is always sad to see a loved one go so far away into the land of the unknown. But it is also exciting and God is with him. I will pray for him and his family as they embark on this new adventure. God bless your people for showing him such love and support.
