Hello,
Imagine you are a father or a mother and you gave birth to a child who is not well, and could not stand up for close to nine years. What pain you would have. But the family I am about to tell you about, had such a child and loved him dearly.
The child could not talk, but he would move his eyes. He was happy to see his father and mother and he knew their voices. He was happy when children played too. This is Kiprotich, a precious jewel that will be missed by his mother who loved him the way he was.
I don't want to look or think about the work it will entail to keep such a child; waking in the middle of the night to turn him, cleaning him, etc. but the family loved doing it for their dear one.That is why God has blessed this family with two beautiful kids, a boy and gal. It touched so many of us to see the strength of this dear family as they laid their loved one to rest.
I love them with all my heart.
This story really touches me. I can relate to the love the parents needed to be such good caregivers. My niece and mom require some of the same kind of care. May God continue to comfort and bless this family.
