Another Gathering of Amahoro has Ended

I have been at the Amahoro Conference all week (May 3-8, 2010) in Mombasa, Kenya along with some of my pastoral colleagues. It was fantastic.

What a great time we had this year. We renewed contacts from other Amahoro gatherings and also met many new faces. The atmosphere of Amahoro - peace /shalom was wonderful. The theme of the conference this year was conservation of our environment.

Not only did I enjoy meeting new folks but also also really enjoyed the sea breeze and overall the lovely time we had there. We had an opportunity to go on a field trip in keeping with the conference theme.

I am heading home now, and will sent some of personalities that touched our lives there via these photographs.

Pray for the safe journey home of all those who attended.
Have a great day
God bless

  1. Conservation issues are a must for Christians everywhere. In Kenya wildlife and wildlife habitat are rapidly disappearing so it's especially gratifying to know that the conversation on conservation is occurring. It seems to be occurring infrequently in Christian circles and we all have a role to play in this important activity. Let's do what we can to preserve what God created for us all. God bless you as you consider ways of doing so.
