As you might have known, I am presently here in Marigat, Kenya, drilling a well for the community of Ilchamus.
Today is Sunday and we are not drilling so I went into Marigat town to rest a bit. In the morning I had a hard time locating where to worship.
First I found an Anglican Church. It seems services hadn't started. The other churches I found were the Catholic Church and the Full Gospel Church. Most of these churches had not started services as of 9 a.m. I alerted my taxi man (motorbike taxi) to take me to another church in town when I realized I had to wait longer for services to start.
I later found a good church to attend in Marigat Town. It is called the Africa Inland Church. I loved the worship and the service in general.
In other news , I have bought myself some crocs. This will help me here a lot as it is very hot. Sometimes it is close to 40 degrees celsius.
I love this place though and the water that will come soon. You can read more about the water project here, here and here.
God bless,

Hi Jonah, it sounds like you had quite the adventure getting to church. So glad you made it to a good one. Glad you found some crocs also.
