A Tree Becomes a Hospital

Hello friends,

It is such a great honor to see the tree that was planted by the unsung heroes in mission work here in Africa. There are times when we might claim to be doing a lot in missions but the really great work was done by missionaries when there were no roads and people were living in the forests and hard to reach.

Andrew Andersen is one such missionary who ventured into such a mission field. His work has led to the start of a big hospital 85 years since he planted this tree.

I was so much touched and thanked God for this missionary. We are so much grateful to the American missionaries who sacrificed everything to come and minister to us here in Kenya. We also thank those who supported them while they were here.

God Bless
Jonah

P.S. No one wants the tree to be cut, though there is need for firewood. It is a highly respected monument and it reminds the people of the presence of of Andrew Anderson.

Rest in Glory

  2. God the Father created all the trees on the third day. On the third day Jesus rose from the dead. It's such a small reflection of a tree - the tree, and because the cross was made from the tree. I greet you and God bless:)
